Justice For Early Dinners
I don’t care if you think I’m a literal grandmother, but I stand by the sentiment that early dinners are the most elite. Although it seems like everyone loves to eat at like 8/8:30, something about a 5:30 dinner just hits different to me & here are all of the reasons why.
You Avoid Getting Hangry
I’m sorry, but if you think I can wait until 8:30 at night to eat and not get ravenous, you are dead wrong. Having an early dinner prevents me from getting hangry and making impulsive food choices.
You Never Have To Wait At Restaurants
Usually when you eat extra early, a majority of the time you will never have to wait at restaurants due to the fact that the crowds have not shown up yet. I personally love this because I can enjoy my dinner in peace & the service is typically better when the staff isn’t stressed about how busy it is yet.
You Have The Rest of The Night To Yourself
Especially if you are a self-care girl, you know how important it is to have your designated time to do you whole night time routine before bed. There’s nothing more peaceful in the evening than fully pampering myself & then still having free time to drink some tea, read, catch up on my favorite shows, and get into bed by 10 o’clock. Pure bliss.
Better Sleep
Maybe it’s just me, but I always feel like I sleep so much better after having an earlier dinner. Whenever I eat late at night, I always feel so weighed down and like my food has not fully digested, which usually impacts how rested I feel throughout the night and when I wake up the next morning. Also, in general, eating earlier helps to improve the overall health of your metabolism, which is also a plus.
