Matcha Overnight Oats
Matcha overnight oats are the perfect blend of nutrition and convenience. Packed with antioxidants, fiber, and a gentle caffeine boost, this easy breakfast keeps you energized and satisfied. With just a few simple ingredients, you can prep a creamy, flavorful meal that’s ready to grab and go in the morning.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 - 1 tsp matcha powder
Optional: I like adding a scoop of collagen powder (Ancient Nutrition is the brand I use.)
Recipe Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a sealable container and store overnight in the fridge
Enjoy the next morning and add the toppings of your choice (I like adding berries, granola, and a scoop of yogurt!)
