My 2022 Summer Bucket List

Thank god it’s finally summer time aka the best time of year! Summer has definitely always been my favorite season, not only because I love having a break from school, but also I feel like everyone is just a million times happier. While I typically opt for a more chill, relaxing summer, versus a wild & crazy one, every year I always makes a little bucket list of things I want to do before the summer ends. Despite that technically my summer officially started almost a month ago in mid-May, I still want to share the things I plan to do. Also, be warned that they are almost all food related lol.

  • make eating healthy more fun (make different smoothies and açaí bowls in the morning & experiment making different types of salads for lunch or dinner)

  • try baked oats

  • cook more & try new recipes (I definitely will try to share this with all of you if I find any that I really love)

  • keep my room clean

  • go to the beach

  • go on more walks

  • take more time for my beauty routine, such doing more skin care, hair care, and not being lazy about blow drying my hair

  • play tennis (my favorite sport. I used to play almost everyday in high school and I miss it so much.)

  • try to go to the gym (I never do any crazy workouts there, but I love going just for the elliptical or to walk on the treadmill)

  • continue learning Spanish (I took Spanish for like 4 years throughout middle/high school and literally forgot so much it, so I want to relearn & become even better than I was back then. My bf speaks Spanish and German so luckily I have him to help me.)

  • read more books (I’ll keep you guys all updated on what I’m reading because I love sharing my book reviews on here. I already have a couple books in mind that I want to read this summer.)

  • plan something for my bf’s birthday in July (he’s a Leo if you were curious lol)

  • make challah bread (it’s literally the prettiest bread & I’ve always wanted to try making it)

  • reach 5k followers on the @snobbishmedia insta (It’s currently past 3k)

  • go on a weekend trip somewhere (ideas: SF, Santa Barbara, or NYC if I can convince my bf)

  • make rice pudding (There’s the most cutest place called Loving Cup in SF that I discovered in like 2014 that sells literally the best frozen yogurt & rice pudding with the yummiest toppings. When I’m in town there I deadass will get dessert at Loving Cup every night because I’m just that obsessed. I know rice pudding sounds so gross and random, but it’s amazing and I NEED to recreate it. My favorite is the coconut rice pudding and I always get chocolate fudge on the bottom and asks them to smother the top in salted caramel.)

  • make a Hawaiian dinner (I want to go to Hawaii so bad so because I haven’t been in so long, so this is the next best thing. Actually, I’m obsessed with L&L, so if I get lazy I will just get a feast from there. Hawaiian Suns are a MUST)

  • make that thick French hot chocolate with a big pile of whip cream (Hot chocolate might sound weird in the summer, but literally idc. I still want to make it because I keep seeing everyone’s videos on tiktok about it who are vacationing in France)

  • lastly, going somewhere is always a goal of mine in the summer, but I completed this already since I went to Barcelona in May!
