My Everyday Go-To Makeup Products
I am by no means a makeup artist, but at this point I have definitely mastered how to do a simple natural glam that looks flattering on my facial features. Most of the products that I use I have been using since forever ago, but it’s literally because they actually work well! Obviously I love trying new products and widening my makeup horizons, but I’m here to show you the products I use on an everyday basis that have literally been my ride or dies.
Diorshow Mascara
My cousin showed me this mascara sooo long ago, but I have been repurchasing this product ever since. First of all, it smells like roses, which I am obsessed with, and I also feel like it coats my lashes really well without becoming clumpy. It’s honestly the perfect mascara for a natural makeup look that is wearable for everyday.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
So basic and a cult classic, but this is honestly just a solid bronzer that work well. I use this all the time and I’ve using this bronzer for years. I used to love the Laura Mercier bronzer, but it literally runs out in like two seconds.
Laura Mercier Secret Camoflauge Concealer
I feel like I never see anyone talk about this product, but this concealer works so well. I usually don’t need too much coverage, but I always use this on my under-eyes and if I have blemishes and it works amazing to cover any imperfections. 10000% would recommend this product. Only complaint is that Laura Mercier packaging always breaks, like I don’t think I’ve even had a product from them, minus their translucent powder, where the packaging hasn’t become broken. But, I literally don’t care because I’m obsessed with their products.
Make Up For Ever Matte Velvet Skin Powder Foundation
I feel like creme products have definitely become more popular than powders, but this Make Up For Ever powder is my absolute favorite. I love this powder because it never looks cakey and also helps to prevent me from looking greasy. This makes my skin look super smooth and flawless & I have even gotten lots of compliments on my skin looking nice, when wearing this product.
K-palette Real Lasting Eyeliner 24h Waterproof
This is by far the most random product on here, but I literally always use this eyeliner. I got it for the first time when I was in high school at an asian beauty store & have been using it ever since. It lasts all day & is easy to get a super precise thin line on my eyes.
Anastasia Glow Kit
I feel like this highlighter palette is so 2016, but I literally don’t care because I love it. Like who wouldn’t love a sparkly, pink highlighter palette. I also like that there are different colors because I always blend them together to create different shades. Honestly, Becca Highlighters were my real go-to, but they went out of business so RIP.
Glossier Clear Lipgloss
This is my all time favorite lipgloss and I fucking swear by it. I’ve never been someone who liked to use lipsticks because I always felt like any color that was different from my actual lip color made me look so weird for some reason, so that’s why I have always loved this product. Even though I have tried clear glosses by lots of other brands, this one is by far the best because it has a long wear, is not sticky when you apply it, and it is also super inexpensive.
