IMG_540D73627E9E-1.jpeg

This is one of my favorite things my mom makes for me so I needed to share! This recipe is perfect for making your own spicy tuna poké bowls or I even love to make crispy rice patties to put this on. *chef’s kiss*

What You Need To Do:

  • Mix together:

    • 1 pound of diced ahi tuna

    • 1 tbs Japanese mayo (the best brand is Kewpie)

    • 2 tsp sriracha

    • 1 tsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)

    • 1/2 toasted sesame oil

    • 1 tsp yuzu

    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger (this is optional bc I personally don’t like too strong of a ginger taste. add to your liking)

    • a generous sprinkle of chopped green onions

  • Optional add ins that I also love:

    • Toasted sesame seeds

    • Masago

    • Togarashi
