2024 Cozy Season Bucket List
Although fall doesn’t technically begin for a few weeks, best believe that once it hits midnight on September 1st, I will be in full cozy season mode. Even though I hate that the days start to get shorter, you can’t deny that fall is the season with the most vibes and it just puts everyone in the best mood.
I know I make one every season, but here are some of the things on my bucket list this fall:
Actually try making all of the viral fall recipes I have saved on TikTok - Every year I always save so many recipes that look so scrumptious and I never fully end up getting around to making them all. But, this year I definitely want to be cooking up a storm instead of letting them rot away in my TikTok saved folder.
Get a fall boo - I am seriously by no means in any rush to have a boyfriend or get into a serious relationship, but having a little fling during that fall can’t hurt. Especially when the weather gets colder and it’s starts getting dark out earlier, it’s so fun to have someone to cuddle and do fall activities with. Even if you don’t get cuffed, hopefully you can still have some funny dating stories to share with all your homegirls.
Taste test all of the pumpkin-spice flavored items at Trader Joe’s - If pumpkin-spice flavored foods have no fans, I’m dead. Like how can you go in there and not want to try it all.
Decorate my house with fall decor - This one is kind of a given, but I feel like decorating is the best way to curate those cozy vibes. I’m so ready to go raid Target, Anthropologie, and Home Goods for some yummy smelling candles and other cute things to put up around the house.
Have a pumpkin shaped pizza night - I kept seeing people making pumpkin and ghost shaped pizzas during October last year and have been wanting to do it ever since. I’d even be down to make a pumpkin-spice dessert pizza too.
Carve pumpkins - This is such a typical fall activity, but it’s aways so fun. Especially when you’re having some wine and doing it with friends, we always end up with the most hilarious and out of pocket creations.
Fall/Halloween movie nights - An absolute must. Also, I know most movie nights are held at home, but I have recently been loving going to the movie theater as well—especially the ones with reclining seats where you can be a complete big back and order food and drinks to where you are sitting.
Get a new fall nail color - I typically always stick to the same light pink nail color because I think it looks super feminine and girly, but I definitely want to do some reds to set the fall vibes.
Have a girls’ night slumber party - Maybe I have talked about this before on here, but slumber parties when we were younger used to hit so different. I’m seriously trying to feel that level of dopamine again. I’m talking staying up all night, making fun drinks and getting tipsy, spilling all of the hot gossip, prank calling people, & giggling about our crushes. It’s good for the soul.
