The Hugo Spritz is a refreshing cocktail made with elderflower liqueur, Prosecco, soda water, and fresh mint, often garnished with a slice of lime. It’s a light, floral drink that's perfect for hot summer days. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
1 oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz soda water
Fresh mint leaves
Lime slice (for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Add the elderflower syrup.
Pour in the Prosecco and soda water.
