Wines of the Week
WINESSS OF THE WEEEK, aka my favorite time of the week. Today is a random mix, but it should be interesting nonetheless.
Whitcraft, Pinot Noir - $40
I tried this at the cutest restaurant in Los Alamos, called Bell’s, which is right near Santa Barbara, and it was such a nice, light Pinot Noir. This is definitely a type of wine that pairs well with most things and I like that it had a kind of berry and pepperish flavor to it.
Racine Picpoul de Pinet
This wine is more citrusy and is good when served cold. Super refreshing on a hot summer day. The sommelier recommended this wine at this French restaurant in Santa Monica, called Pasjoli.
Mbali Chenin Blanc - Viognier - $5
The best 5 dollar wine at Trader Joe’s. My oldest cousin showed this to me and it literally is such a hidden gem considering how inexpensive it is. You need this!
Front Porch Farm Rosé - $25
Super fruity and dry rosé. I literally got this wine because I loved how simple and chic the packaging was lol, but it tastes just as good as it looks.
