Late Night Snack Series

While I personally try not to eat too late at night, nothing hits the spot like a good late night snack. Especially since I always make snacks at night with my boyfriend, I decided to make a little series on here to tell you about all of the dankest treats to make when you get those night time munchies.

The first one I’m going to talk about is probably one of the easiest to make, but they are seriously addicting: PB&J Rice Cakes.

Alright these are pretty self explanatory, but literally don’t come for me once you eat like 10 of them in one sitting. Also, since rice cakes don’t have that much calories, it’s a little more guilt free than having a traditional PB&J Sandwich.

What You Need:

  • Lundburg Thin Stackers Rice Cakes

These are the elite rice cakes to use because they are super thin, unlike how bulky normal rice cakes are. Get these if you want the best rice cake to PB&J ratio.

  • Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter (Or honestly any nut butter that you like!)

Justin’s is my fav peanut butter, but you can use whatever brand you like. I also love Skippy Peanut Butter!

  • Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves

Literally Bonne Maman has the BEST jam. The raspberry one is my favorite, but my boyfriend loves the apricot one, which is equally as yummy. I always put the jam in the shape of a heart when I make this snack for him <3

Now that you have all of your ingredients in order, literally just throw the peanut butter & jelly on the rice cracker and you can call it a day. Sometimes the most simplest foods are honestly the best and this one is perfect because it has elements of both, salty and sweet. *chef’s kiss*
