The Best Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe
If you guys don’t already know, I am a HUGE fan of The Bachelor, so obviously I follow a bunch of the people from the show. Post-Peter’s season I literally have been obsessed with Hannah Ann and love watching all of the cooking & recipes that she posts. One of recipes that in particularly stuck out to me was her Buffalo Cauliflower. I’ve always liked it when I’ve had it at restaurants, but hers looked extra delicious and like actual chicken nugget bites. When I finally tried it, I can confidently say this is sooo good & makes me feel better knowing that its healthier than actual Buffalo wings, which are usually fried/fattening (although they taste scrumptious). It’s so easy to make and you need this in your life.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup of brown rice flour
1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce (This has 0 calories so you don't have to feel guilty lol)
1/3 cup of melted unsalted butter (She says you can use vegan butter too. The best vegan butter is by the brand Myokos & you can buy it at Trader Joe’s)
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast (I didn’t add this because I didn’t have it at home but it still turned out delicious)
Salt and pepper to taste (you can also add other spices to your liking)
Directions:
“In a bowl mix together flours. In a separate bowl mix chopped cauliflower, melted butter, and hot sauce. Slowly add in flour mixture. On a pan add olive oil and add cauliflower bites. Cook at 350 for 15-20 mins. Broil for 3 mins for crispy cauliflower bites!”
