Independent curated wine shops have definitely gained a lot of popularity in Los Angeles, especially on the west side and in the Silverlake area, but this is one of the first I’ve seen that has opened up in the South Bay, which is so exciting.

First of all, the inside space has the best vibe with a simple yet, stylish ambiance, with warm wooden accents and soft lighting creating an inviting atmosphere. The shelves are filled with an impressive selection of natural wines from around the world, carefully curated to appeal to diverse palates and preferences. From bold reds to crisp whites and everything in between, Blüm offers something for every taste and occasion. Not to mention, all of the bottles are so stunning, if you’re the type of person who appreciates aesthetically pleasing packaging.

Another thing that's really helpful, especially if you're not super familiar with wine, is that they put tags on most of the bottles describing the various flavors of each wine and the type of dishes it pairs best with. This is perfect if you know you're going to be having something specific for dinner, or if you want to gift some bottles of wine to someone and know that they enjoy a certain type of cuisine. Also, if you have any dinner parties that you're hosting or attending, I would totally stop by here if you need some extra help!
