The Easiest Açai Bowl Recipe Ever

Acai bowls are my go-to, especially in the summer, when I want a healthy and refreshing breakfast or snack. Not only are they packed with lots of vitamins and antioxidants, they’re also delicious and super easy to make. Since so many juice shops love to overcharge for these types of bowls, this is a perfect alternative that you can make right at home & they taste just as good (or even better)!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Acai packet (you can usually buy these at any grocery store & I always make sure to get the kind with no added sugar. There’s a lot of different brands that carry these, but I always buy the ones from Amazon Planet.)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1 heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use the brand Tera’s)

  • 6-8 oz. of any kind of milk alternative (I use almond milk)

What To Do:

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender until smooth, then add toppings & serve!

Topping I like:

  • Granola

  • Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Sliced banana

  • Goji berries

  • Hemp seeds

  • Honey drizzle

  • Any kind of nut butter

  • Coconut
